- Hand poured into traditional glass marmalade jars to ensure that each individual jar contains as much whole peel as possible for more flavour.
- Every single Thursday Cottage product is handmade in small batches of around 100 jars using traditional production processes that they have been using for over 55 years.

Ingredients:
Sugar, oranges, grapefruits, lemons, gelling agent: citrus pectin, concentrated lemon juice. Prepared with 23g of oranges, 10g of grapefruits, 8g of lemons per 100g. Total sugar content 61g per 100g
