Where we have a promotion, such as a discount off a product, or a free gift with each purchase, these offers are only available online, and not in any of our shops, unless otherwise indicated. This refers to communication about the offer either on the website, by email or both. Discounted products can not be further discounted by use of a promotion code. In the event of this occurring, the order will not be processed.

Products and Pricing

Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be deducted from your debit/credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card (e.g. sterling) the exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Full Of Beans Limited.

Ordering

Once you have entered your personal details including debit/credit card information, and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the product or products in the shopping cart. It is also assumed that you wish to have your debit/credit card deducted accordingly.

The "My Account" feature

If you decide to opt in to the "my account" feature, your billing and shipping details are stored as well as your previous purchase information. CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD information is not stored, for your security. Full Of Beans Limited may decide to use your purchase information for future offers or promotions, see our privacy policy.

Contract

No contract will subsist between you and Full Of Beans Limited for a sale to you of any product or service until you have received an email confirming that we have dispatched your order.

Delivery

Products are delivered on the premise that they are for your own personal consumption, and not for re-sale. We will dispatch products within 2-3 working days, and use the national postal service or a courier company for delivery. Courier companies require a signature for proof of delivery. For over seas orders and where an order weighs more than 2kg, further postage charges may apply, irrespective of the value of your order. In this instance, we will contact you before we process your order. Orders will be delivered as stated unless due to circumstances beyond our control.

Importing products from Ireland

If you order products on this website, and your delivery address is outside of Ireland, these products may be subject to import taxes/duties imposed by the relevant country of residence of the customer. Full Of Beans Limited have no control over the imposition and rates of these taxes and cannot predict their amount, or pre-charge them. Therefore, these duties are your responsibility. It is advisable to contact your local customs office for further details. In addition, you must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and laws of the destination delivery address. Full Of Beans Limited are not liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
