Optima Maxicol (120 VegCaps)

Ingredients:

Psyllium Husk, VegCap Shell: Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Fructo-Oligosaccharides (from Chicory Inulin), Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids (Veg Origin), Probiotic Complex (Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidim). 

Directions:

Take two to three capsules twice daily before meals with a full glass of water. The capsules can be opened and the contents mixed with water for Children (over 5 years of age) and consumed immediately.
