Oat bran is a rich source of soluble fibre and is great for gut health. It is made from part of the oat grain; once the inedible hard shell of the oat grain is removed, it leaves the oat groat. The outer layer of the oat groat that remains is the oat bran. This is then milled to form an easily digestible source of fibre, which is good for healthy digestion and a great way to start the day.
