Directions:
Stovetop Method:
Blend 17.5g (approx.4 heaped teaspoons) of gravy powder into a saucepan with 250ml of water. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until gravy thickens.
Roasting dish method:
Sprinkle directly into pan juices, add some water and simmer until gravy thickens. Add a splash of red or white wine for extra flavour.
