KTC Pure Creamed Coconut 200g

Description:
Creamed coconut is the dehydrated form of coconut meat which has been solidified for preservation before grounding. This product cannot be confused with coconut cream. KTC pure creamed coconut is available in 200g packets and is best option to prepare coconut cream and coconut milk in relatively shorter period of time.  This pure coconut meat can be used to add flavour and a creamy consistency to curries and sauces, it's also very useful in cakes and biscuits.

Coconut
Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide) <0.005%

How to Use:
To Make Coconut Cream: Add the 200g packet of KTC Pure Creamed Coconut into a bowl and break down using a spoon or fork, add 450ml warm water. Stir until dissolved. Filter using muslin or a fine sieve before use.

To Make Coconut Milk: Add the 200g packet of KTC Pure Creamed Coconut into a bowl and break down using a spoon or fork. Add 600ml of warm watere and stir. train through muslin or a fine sieve before use.

Storage:
Refridgerate after opening.
