200mg Grifola frondosa full-spectrum biomass, 200mg Gfrondosa fruting body, 50mg Gfrondosa hot-water extract.
Capsule shell (vegetarian): hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (97mg).
Directions:
2-6 capsules a day before food.
