You can either take 20 drops/1ml in a little cold water, 3 times a day or just add a teaspoonful to your favourite juice or smoothie. Each 1ml/20 drops contains a warm water, infused and percolated extract of Chondrus Crispus equivalent to 250mg of dried Chondrus Crispus, in a base vegetable glycerine 70%.
