Alka-Clear provides a rich source of cleansing, alkalising minerals to help maintain the healthy alkaline balance of the blood and tissues, and support the removal of waste products from the body.

The alkalising minerals contained in Alka-Clear, magnesium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate can help support the healthy balance of your pH levels. This in turn helps to promote better health as the body can better maintain good health when the blood pH levels are slightly more alkaline in nature.

The typical western diet is very acid forming therefore it works to make our blood pH levels too acidic, this leaves the body struggling to maintain good health.

Contains NO Sugar, starch, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Ingredients:
Potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose*; magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate*, silicon dioxide. *(vegetarian source)

Usage:
Take 5-6 capsules with a glass of water on rising in the morning ideally, or between meals, or as your health professional advises. Do not take more than 24 capsules in a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Avoid eating within half an hour of taking.

To check your PH:
- Use the test papers provided, every other day
- Apply a pH strip to your evening urine
- Compare the colour against the chart provided, inside the front cover of the test strip book
- Normal urine pH is between 7.5-8.0 in the evening.
