White Tea
All tea comes from the Camilla Sinensis tea bush, whether it becomes black, green or white tea depends on what happens after it is picked. White tea is made from the buds and young leaves from the Camilla Sinensis tea bush and undergoes very little processing. The name "white tea" comes from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant.
White tea has a light, delicate and refreshing taste. It is full of antioxidants and has less caffeine than green or black tea. Research has also shown that it has impressive anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to support your immune system. In this section you will find a range of high quality pure white tea as well as white tea with a fruity twist.
