Dr Stuarts Skin Purify Tea

Ingredients:

Red clover (24%), Nettle leaves* (18%), Dandelion leaves (18%), Burdock root, Chamomile*, Lemon Balm*, Lemon peel, Natural lemon flavour.  Dr Stuart promises that every asterisked* herb is of the highest quality active botanical grade.

Directions:

Use one bag for a cup, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four or five minutes - the Active Botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the cup/mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
