Ingredients:

Concentrated solution of Zechstein Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate (28% concentration), essential oils (Grape Seed, Bergamot, Chamomile, Clary Sage).

Directions:

Mg 180mg contained in 10 sprays

Shake before use.

Before Sleep:

Apply 5-10 sprays, to clean skin, 30 minutes before sleep, to help restore magnesium levels and promote relaxation. Concentrate on the feet, legs and upper arms. Massage well into skin and rinse hands after use. Halve dosage for children under 12. Ideally apply after showering on wet or dry skin and make it part of your bathroom routine. Can be sprayed anywhere on the body.
